How It Works
- Send your brief. Upload your logo or artwork and tell us the product, size, quantity, deadline and delivery country. Rough sketches are fine.
- Approve your proof. We send a free digital proof with recommended process, colours and finishes, plus a quote based on your quantity and size.
- Sample (optional). For larger orders or tight colour matching, we make a pre-production sample for you to approve before bulk.
- Production, QC and delivery. Your order goes into production, is checked before packing, and ships to your door. We share QC photos before dispatch.

FAQ
What is your minimum order quantity? It depends on the product and process. Many enamel pin projects start from around 100 pieces per design, and some patch and keychain styles can go lower. We also have a $99 minimum order value. Tell us your quantity and we will recommend the most cost-effective option.
How much do custom pins, patches or keychains cost? Pricing depends on product type, size, quantity, colours, finish, packaging and delivery country. We do not publish fixed prices because they would not reflect your actual design. Send your artwork and target quantity and we will quote with volume breaks so you can compare options.
Do you ship to the UK, EU and Australia? Yes. These are our main markets. Where practical, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import duties and taxes are included in your quote and you will not receive a separate bill on delivery. We will confirm the shipping terms on your quote.
Do you ship to the United States? Yes. Because of current US import duties on goods from China, US orders are usually quoted DAP (duties paid by the receiver on arrival), or DDP for larger orders, typically 500 pieces or more. We will explain the options clearly before you confirm.
Can I see a sample before placing a full order? Every order includes a free digital proof. Physical pre-production samples are available at a sample cost, which may be credited against your bulk order. We will confirm the cost and timing in your quote.
